Harrison chevelle rad 4 core line clip..used on auto trans radiators  for oil cooler mount line..this screws in the bottom rail…oddly ive only seen these on 4 core rads not 3 core.   Always missing or rotted out. Youll never find one w the screw not rotted 70 ls6 auto w 410 used this.
