This is a 69 70 camaro and nova l78 sway bar take off piece.  It is a sleeve with bolt and rubblber bushing spacer…it attaches to the sway bar next to the frame bushing mount…i woukd think its function is it keeps the bar from moving laterally under strain in one direction ? ……..noone ever replaces these so theyve become a bid hard to find.
