RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging . Special order/ non stock items, and USED parts are NOT returnable and sold as is unless an exception is made in writing prior to purchasing the item. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items.
PLEASE READ
ALL new or used item returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, there are no exceptions . Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping is NEVER reimbursed unless you received the wrong part or item from us.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
- Opened or used
- 14 days from delivery have past
regardless of when items were first opened - Special orders
- Returned without authorization #
- PLEASE READ Engine castings- we offer the option of having all casting checked for cracks by us prior to selling . Testing is at the expense of the buyer and is optional. Buyer has 14 days of delivery to perform thier own testing should they decline to have the testing done pre sale by us . There will be no refunds of any kind and for any reason after this 14 day time frame has passed. We sell cores so check with your machinist with any special needs or requirements in the return period timeframe, not after . We are not responsible for compatibility issues or condition issues that may arise and do do guarantee what machining these casting may need unless discussed in writing prior . Our 14 day return guarantee on castings covers cracks ONLY.
DAMAGES
We must be notified of all damaged goods within 3 days of delivery of item[s]. You are responsible for opening and inspecting items within this
time frame.
PLEASE NOTE
We will work with you to expedite the processing of any damage or lost item claim. However, we cannot be responsible in any way for reimbursement for any claim that is rejected by the carrier, regardless of
the reason given.
We are not responsible for any labor costs incurred or damages as it applies to the purchase of any part from us.
